Commitment

the state or quality of being dedicated to a cause, activity.

Individual commitment to a group effort - that is what makes a team work, a company work, a society work, a civilization work.

This qoute means that if we commit to something in a group it would come out better than just alone. commmiting to woroking together is team work. i  can make everything work when working together and putting commitment into it. For example, in cheer practice i have to commit to do better in my stunts and do what im suppose so the stunt can come out better with my commitment and with my groups commitment.
