What i saw in this video is people working out/exercise. President said that children ,students, college students, and mother and fathers, should stay active. I also saw everyone trying to do their best, they were never giving up, they were taking it seriously . I also noticed that everyone was doing their exercises, but also having fun. I guess he tried to say that being healthy and strong can you lead you to  the right which is happy. i would never use drugs . i would work out more and drink water and dont eat alot of junk food.
