Paul " Bear" Bryant was an American college football player and coach. Paul Bear was known as the longtime head coach of the University of Alabama football team. Paul won six national championships and thirteen conference championships, which were 323 wins. At the university a lot of halls rooms and a museum are named after him. He was the 11th of 12th who were born to Wilson Monroe, he retired at age 69 and died on January 26 1983 from chest pain which led to a heart attack.
